These bowls when played in rotation will after a few rotations fire up into a beautiful constant tone at its advertised frequency. Each bowl is individually checked for standard and predominant note range consistent with rotational use.

How to play a Singing Bowl?

1. Hold the Singing Bowl on the palm of your hand firmly making sure the hand is stretched straight.
2. Gently Tap the Singing Bowl with the wooden Mallet OR 
3. Put Equal pressure on the rim of the bowl with the mallet and go Round. 
4. Feel the SOUND and try to connect with the Bowl.
5. Do Not Play the Bowl too fast otherwise the Sound Will break.
6. Neither play too slow or the bowl will stop playing.
7. Stay in between with a BALANCE & MEDITATE.
